At Eco Dirt Bikes, we are committed to providing high-quality electric dirt bikes and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Your request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Bikes that have been used, ridden, damaged, or modified.

  • Custom orders or special builds (e.g., customized versions of Sur Ron, Talaria, Stealth Bomber, or KTM Freeride).

  • Items returned without prior approval.

  • Shipping fees (unless the product was damaged during delivery or incorrect).

3. Refund Process

  1. Contact us at contact@ecodirtbikesforsale.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your electric dirt bike arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description.

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement part or full replacement, depending on the severity of the issue.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same model, email us at contact@ecodirtbikesforsale.com.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled after this period may incur a restocking fee of 10% if the item has already been processed for shipment.
