Returns Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unridden, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will provide return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if your return qualifies.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or modified bikes

  • Custom or special order products

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components
